"If you are willing and prepared to discover all of yourself, you are indeed embarking on a journey
of immense beauty."
Pathwork®
Guide Lecture No.204

|

As a spiritual practice, Pathwork is based
upon psychology and practical wisdom. It teaches the same elemental truths which have existed in human cultures worldwide
for thousands of years, adding sophistication and depth that can help us gain new understandings.
As a contemporary
version of ancient wisdom, Pathwork provides a roadmap to support personal development. Becoming conscious about our false
beliefs and misconceptions can allow us to experience life with more pleasure and enthusiasm. The Pathwork process emphasizes
self observation, self honesty, and self acceptance so that we can see, accept and change our imperfections without fear,
shame or pride.
Pathwork in Texas is a
Chapter of the International Pathwork
Foundation, a not-for-profit educational foundation
which has many other country specific affiliates
throughout the world.
Pathwork® is a registered service mark of
the International Pathwork Foundation.

"Greetings, my dearest friends..."
With these
words, the entity that spoke through Eva Broch Pierrakos would start to describe how the larger world of spirit surrounds
and contains us.
Within 258 lectures, transmitted fortnightly from 1956 through 1979, the Guide offered us a new
vision; a startlingly optimistic view of why we are here, what we are trying to accomplish, and how much assistance
is available to us - if we ask for help.
Pathwork® is a method of personal growth that involves emotional, spiritual
and mental work to better understand the origin of problems and to make the changes necessary to live a fuller, more
balanced life.
The files listed below contain samples of the lectures, worksheets to stimulate discussion, and essays
around Pathwork concepts.

When Jan met Pathwork, life suddenly made
sense. She perceives the spiritual concepts outlined by the Guide reflected in the tiniest details of everyday
life. Difficult experiences, such as growing up in a globe-trotting military family, became a basis for working with
an international client base and founding the Pathwork in Australia. She returned to the US in 2007 and worked out of Austin,
Texas for 4 years developing discussion forums using public teleconference lines, and offers distance
learning worksheets, videos, sessions and workshops to support these tutorials.
In 2010, she was lovingly inviited to move to Brooklyn, New York to help care for her granddaughter. She will continue
her private practice there, working by telephone with clients in Australia, China, Japan and around the US. Jan carried her experience as a homemaker into becoming a systems
analyst, founding her own manufacturing company in 1988. Soon afterwards she came into consciousness around her spiritual
journey, completed a B.S. in Psychology along with trainings in massage therapy, Cranial Sacral, Polarity, Core Energetics©, Somatic Experiencing©, Past Life Awareness and accessing Akashic records
-- while also earning her commercial pilot’s license. She is a voracious collector of films from all genres and
uses them to illustrate and explore Pathwork concepts. Jan served for several years as Administrator of the Pathwork
of California. She moved to Australia in 2000 to develop and direct two 4-year Pathwork Transformation Programs in Melbourne
and Perth. In 2009 she presented lectures to 16 universities in China and facilitated workshops in Tokyo to promote Chinese
and Japanese translations of Pathwork books.
Jan serves as chairman of PHANA, the Pathwork
Helpers Association of North America, and assisted the Helpers Advisory Group in reviewing Helpership training programs in
the US and Canada.
